The Corporate Crime Team brings strategic skill and legal expertise to the issues which companies, charities, professional firms and their staff encounter within the regulatory and criminal justice systems. Our work covers bribery, fraud, cartels, market abuse, financial services and other regulatory regimes. The General Crime Team serves individuals who face criminal or regulatory investigations and prosecutions. We advise and defend on the whole spectrum of offences from minor assault to murder. We are particularly noted for our work in criminal appeals. We recognise how stressful these cases are and offer our clients support and insight as well as expertise.
The Civil Litigation Team acts for individuals and companies who encounter abuse of power. We challenge warrants and searches, arrests and cautions. We use judicial review proceedings to test the exercise of authority. We win damages for malicious prosecution, assault, wrongful arrest and other misuse of authority. We fight and win cases for our clients using persistence and a wealth of legal knowledge.
