Face to face, we assess your filing needs and the problem with your current filing system. We give you a £ quote to re-organise your paper files, so you will then have going forward the system you want and need.  We can separately quote to coordinate those paper files with your computer directories. We can go still further:  we can quote to digitise your filing system, converting your system to a paperless one, using special software.  For the initial meeting of up to 1.5 hours we recoup only our travel expense at 45 pence per mile to/from your/our premises. We charge £2 per inch thickness of existing paper file, the job carried out at your premises. If you agree terms, we can often start straight away, on the first meeting.
