Welcome to the site of our specialist law company In Your Defence Ltd.  On 1st. of March 2013, In Your Defence Ltd succeeded Hedley-Saunders & Co (M23law) solicitors. The same team of lawyers and support staff is in place. We continue to offer first class service in our two specialisms, Criminal and Motoring Law.

The co-founder of Hedley-Saunders & Co, Andrew Parker, is now Chairman of In Your Defence Ltd. His expertise (gained over recent decades) is in the area of criminal law and particularly the investigation stage. Andrew regularly defends suspects at police stations throughout England & Wales, especially in the area of Sex Offences. This includes internet crime such as downloading of indecent images and he is at the forefront of developments in this challenging area of law.

Geoff Wise is the solicitor Director of In Your Defence Ltd and is an expert in Motoring law, as well as the preparation/representation of criminal defence cases. He is uniquely placed to advise on the whole realm of offences and to instruct our defence barristers in cases all over England & Wales.

This might be where the case is formally discontinued (aka no further action - "NFA'd") or the client might receive a caution or a conditional caution.
