The firm was established in 2003 by Steve Woods who has over 25 years’ experience dealing with personal injury claims in general and industrial disease claims in particular.  The offices are in the centre of the historic city of Chester.

We specialise in diseases and injuries caused by work and mainly deal with:

1. Claims arising out of exposure to asbestos
2. Industrial deafness
3. Vibration white finger (also known as hand arm vibration syndrome)
4. Other work related conditions such as rhinitis (mucous membrane disorder), dermatitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, bladder cancer and chest related conditions like pneumoconiosis, occupational asthma and lung cancer.

From April 2013 the rules have changed to enable solicitors to agree with their clients to take a proportion of any damages awarded.  This is not our policy and we will continue to deal with claims on a no win no fee basis.  This means that whether or not your claim is successful, the advice we give will cost you nothing.
